Uber Agent and wireless driver issues

Hi, We have 50,000 + users and one of the challenge that we face is that many users face wireless connectivity issues and it is hard to find how many users are facing the issue at a given point of time. How can uberAgent help in identifying wireless driver issues on the laptop and wireless session drops?

    uberAgent has an Application Network Issues dashboard which provides detailed information about connection failures, reconnects and retransmits. The data on that dashbard should accurately reflect your users' connectivity issues.

    By the way, uberAgent buffers all collected data until network connectivity is available so that no events are lost and periods without connectivity can be analyzed, too, once the data could be sent from the endpoint to Splunk.
