License not working

I got an eval license, but when I check in Licensing Status report for uberagent in splunk it shows the servers as unlicensed.  I put the file in C:\Program Files\vast limits\uberAgent. Did I miss  a step?

    The licensing dashboard shows machines as unlicensed if there is at least one event during the selected time range where it was unlicensed. Could you change the time range to the last hour and re-check?

    More information: uberAgent performs the license check every five minutes. Results are logged to uberAgent's log file. To troubleshoot licensing please restart the uberAgent service on one machine and then examine the log file.

    Hi Timm,

    Thanks, changing to 1 hour does show the license info.  Interestingly it only shows user licenses in use not server or client.  What is the difference between the types?  I've got uberagent install on both my DDC's and the 3 XenApp servers.

    uberAgent can be licensed per named user or per device (client / server). You will find more detailed information about both licensing options here.  
    Time-limited evaluation licenses of uberAgent are per-user licenses covering up to 1,000 named users.
