Exclude non-working hours from user experience dashboard

Dear Team

We love your product just one thing that is bothering us.
We would like to exclude certain hours in the day form counting into the user experience metrics.

We reboot or shutdown some VDIs if they are not used so these are influencing the score negatively even though the User experience is not really bothered in this case.

    Thank you for your kind words.

    We got a similar request from another customer recently. The customer operates globally around the clock, hence excluding certain hours from the calculation is not helpful in their case. And if we enhance the experience score, we want it to work for all customers.

    We already have some ideas to enhance the score calculation and I put you on the list of interested customers, so you get notified once the feature is available.
