uberAgent Performance Hit on PCs

Hi, we're a primarily VDI environment with a few workstations thrown in the mix. Users access VDIs via Thin Clients, and all Thin Clients/Wkstns have UberAgent installed and running on them.  We're running into performance issues tied to uberagent, when it's disabled the issues go away.  I've already used uberAgent-eventdata-filter.conf to filter to only send the metrics we need. We're version 6.2.0.4598.

    Hi Peter,

    Please disable the network driver with the setting NetworkDriverEnabled and test if the performance issues go away.

    [NetworkTargetPerformanceProcess_Config]
    NetworkDriverEnabled = false

    If you don't see performance issues with the setting above, please update the agent to the latest version, as we did many improvements to the network driver.
