It is part of the machine inventory sourcetype. If there is no date, the warranty may have expired or the user is not logged in with an Apple-ID.
CoverageEndDate
End date of device warranty coverage. Only available if a user signed in with an Apple-ID.
You can find this as part of the details table at the bottom of the Machines > Machine Inventory dashboard.
