    Hi Edgar,

Thanks for the information. Replacing the config in the installation folder would have had the same effect. Here is more information on config file precedence: https://uberagent.com/docs/uberagent/latest/installation/configuration-through-config-file/

    Hi Ariel,

Please see our change and release notes -> The timer configuration metric ApplicationUILatency has been removed along with the field SessionFgAppUILatencyUs of the source type uberAgent:Session:SessionDetail.

It indicates that you are using an old configuration file with a newer version of uberAgent.

Thanks for reply, I have installed version 5.2.1.1964 and the configuration file that I have used is the same that is included in the zip file that I downloaded from the web.

How can I get a recent configuration file?

Please check if you have a config file in C:\ProgramData\vast limits\uberAgent\Configuration. A config file there overwrites the one in the installation folder.

Another option would be that you are using GPOs to distribute the config, which overwrites any config file.

The folder C:\ProgramData\vast limits\uberAgent\Configuration does not exist and neither does the uberagent.conf file. Can I copy it from the installation folder?

    Thanks in advance

You would not benefit from that. I'm going to push this to our support system as we need to have a look at the uberAgent log file. I will post a possible solution here.

I have solved the isue creating a folder into "C:\ProgramData\vast limits\uberAgent\Configuration\" then copy the uberAgent.conf file from the zip dowloaded and I could modify it.

    Thanks for your help
