Do I miss anything, cause I cannot find if you collect InMaintenanceMode field from a Delivery group properties (Get-BrokerDesktopGroup do so).
uberAgent currently collects IsInMaintenanceMode information for machines only. I just created a new backlog entry based on your request.

I assume that you are looking for the Enabled setting per application. This is currently part of uberAgent.
Not really, Delivery group also has Enabled property, pls check powershell commandlet 'get-brokerdesktopgroup | select name, enabled'
In Citrix studio it can be found here: Delivery Groups, choose one delivery group, Edit Delivery Group, User Settings, Enable Delivery Group
