In User Logon Duration tab I see nice graphs with respective duration. One biggest one is "Other"
Is there any option to look to this other section?
Then if you on same tb click user name you are redirected to Single Logon
and here are graphs starting "Logon process performance" and many others with description "Noresults found"
What is reason of such behavior.?

Hi Petr,
uberAgent groups known processes into types during logon. That makes it easier to identify where a possible problem happens. Types are e.g. Session setup, Userinit or Shell. If uberAgent cannot group a process into a type it flags it with Other.
Please have a look in the uberAgent log file (C:\Windows\temp) and search for the logon you are describing. If you need help with analyzing the log file please let us know. We will then continue via our support system.
I found the log but I am not able to identify events to "Other" section. If I am entitled for such support and if it reveal cause of such delay that would be amazing.
