Using uberAgent to measure web site responsiveness

Hello.  I am quite new to the world of uberAgent and as such have a question that may be considered quite basic.

My question:  Are we able to utilise uberAgent to measure the responsiveness of certain websites from the desktop browser?

As an example:   If the user enters   https://uberagent.com/  into their browser url field (presses enter) and the web page for takes xx seconds to load.  Can uberAgent track and report on that response time ?

The background to my question is that we are currently testing a new network proxy solution, and thus wish to see whether the new proxy solution delivers any improvements in terms of user experience for web surfing performance.
