Splunk Not Receiving Data

New to uber agent. 

Build Splunk enterprise on Windows server. Opened the firewall for Splunkd server and TCP port 19500. Loaded uberAgent_indexer.tgz and uberAgent_searchhead.tgz. Configured Http/https receiver for Splunk

Installed UberAgent 64 bit on Windows 10 machine. Configured Agent using TCP with no luck and HTTP with no luck. For some reason, I can't get Splunk to receive data.

    I'm forwarding this to our support system as we need to look into the log file, which contains sensitive information.
