Hi. We've deployed Web app monitoring extension for Edge and we were able to successfully receive reports in Splunk for a week and then it stops sending report. The first time it happened, we waited for several days before we uninstall uberagent and reinstall it. Then we have to reinstall the browser extension and restart the service. This has restarted the reporting in Splunk. After 7 days of having it worked, it has stopped again. Even machine performance has nothing in it. Re-installing didn't work this time. So far no changes to firewall. Can someone assist on what could be the cause? Thanks.
