uberAgent Evaluation Pop-up For Host Running Windows 10 LTSB

Have installed uberAgent on a host running Windows 10 LTSB and the host is showing the uberAgent Evaluation pop-up.  Is there something in the config files that we need to make adjustments too?

LTSB = "Long-term Servicing Branch" of Windows 10 was initially aimed at enterprises that wanted to delay frequent feature updates

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out. If the license file is not present or not correct, uberAgent shows its evaluation pop-up. Please ensure that the license file is correctly placed in the described directory. If you used the Central License File Management, please ensure that the license file is present in the directory you configured in the uberAgent configuration file with the option LicenseFilePath.

Please let me know if you were able to solve the issue. If not, I will forward this conversation to our support system as we need log files containing sensitive information.

    Thanks, Julian

Yes, the license file is in the correct location.  We have uberAgent installed on over 5k clients, but only those with that specific O/S are showing the uberAgent Evaluation pop-up.

We are having the same issue with Windows 2019 build 17763.2452. Please give us some advice.

    Hi Marcel,

I have forwarded your inquiry to our support system as we need to look into the log file, which contains sensitive information.

The issue seemed to be an invalid license file processed by the agent in Marcel's case.
